That's exactly how it has been helping me too...........what a task What a Face

Only now I'm having scanner issues. I got rid of my desk top and replaced it with a 1T external hard drive & a new lap top but the USB ports seem really sensitive. I keep hearing the "dding" noise Suspect and it won't recognise that the scanner is plugged in silent

Kerrie, is it an older scanner that you have?.
I've had issues with other things previously where if you have a later computer the ports may not accept older things at times like USB2 is the latest port now and maybe the older scanners don't work off that properly.
Before i got rid of my older computer my external hardrive wouldn't work on it properly because it was made for USB2 and my older computer didn't have that but my new one does and no more problems.
Just a thought.

It is the scanner Kerrie can tell by the color that your scans come out in. It has prob been overworked lol! and does not calibrate 100%. Very Happy

I'm not sure that it is just the scanner as it won't recognise the new hard drive either. scratch Thinks I'm going back to the PC shop tomorrow! Not happy

Looks like I won't be scanning for a few days. Hope it doesn't mean a new scanner too Embarassed

If the hardrive isn't working right either it really sounds like the ports to me still.
If you do get an answer of what the problem is let us know...

I had these minds of a Dannii site a for a long time too in my head because I have lots of stuff from her too. The only problem for me is that I'm not so well-known with dates like by Kylie. Embarassed

Michael, can you help me with something? I registered on the Dannii share forum a week or so again, though I didn't get around to posting yet and today I tried to log in and I get a message saying 'You have Been Banned From This Forum'?

What the hell is that all about? Is this down to a certain individual whose name begins with 'J' who's behind this? Why the hell have I been banned? I didn't even post on there!!

Mad
